Q: How do I place an order? A: You can order on-line, by phone, or by mail. When ordering on-line, just follow the directions after clicking "add to cart" or "view shopping cart". To phone in an order or to receive price quotes for any products, call us toll free at 888-586-5544. All orders can be mailed to Cedaridge Farm, W2532 County Road 360, Stephenson, MI, 49887. Q: Is the shopping cart on-line secure? A: Information that is obtained at our site is encrypted to ensure your security. All credit card information is processed and stored on a secure site managed by E Commerce Exchange. We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide. Your credit card information will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order. Q: What forms of payment can I use? A: Cedaridge Farm accepts 
. Checks, cash, and money orders
are accepted as well. All checks must clear prior to shipment.
Returned checks will result in a $25 service charge. Sorry, we do not
ship orders COD.Q: Do you charge sales tax? A: Sales tax will be charged only to orders that are shipped and/or billed to Michigan clients and will be calculated in your final price. Q: How long does a custom order take to process? A: The timeframe with custom orders, such as custom furniture, depends on the season. Certain times of the year are busier than others, such as around holidays. If possible, it is always good to plan ahead and best to call us to see how far out we are with orders. Other factors to consider in the process of the order are the size and design of the product. More elaborate furniture generally takes longer, as more specialized steps are required to create the best product for you. Q: How do I know what wood to pick and what finish will match my current color scheme? A: Stain wood samples are available for $25, which is refundable when samples are returned. Upon our receipt of the samples, the fee is returned to you as a check or applied as credit towards a purchase. Return shipping of the samples is to be paid by the sender. . All items that exceed UPS shipping
weight requirements will ship motor freight. Q: How much is shipping? A: Shipping charges are generally $6 for orders $100 and under. For orders over $100, shipping is free. Expedited shipping, such as next day or second day, or clients ordering outside the Continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, will be charges for extra shipping costs. There will be a $30 shipping charge for residential deliveries of large pieces by motor freight. If a lift gate is needed, an additional charge of $75 will apply. To calculate shipping, add the item(s) to your cart and press "add to cart" or "view shopping cart" on product pages. After shipping information is entered, shipping costs are then calculated based on price of products in shopping cart. Q: Why did my cedar chest arrive without the lid attached? A: We ship all cedar chests with the lid removed from the chest to help remove stress on the hinge during shipping. We include easy-to-follow instructions on how to attach the lid. There are also predrilled holes to help you know exactly where to install the lid. Q: What if an order is damaged in shipping? A: We strive to ship our products in the best and most secure packaging available; only on rare occasions will there be a damaged order. If the package has obvious damage and the product has also been damaged, please refuse the order and call us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement order. If there is not visible damage at the time of delivery and you find the product damaged after opening the package, please contact us immediately. If possible, please return items in the original carton. ALL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER. Back to Top Policies Q: What is your return policy? A: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will replace them or refund your money upon receiving the unwanted products. Please return items in the same carton in which they were shipped to minimize damage. You will need to contact us for return authorization and to receive shipping instructions. Unless the piece arrives damaged, the return shipping is paid by the sender and there will be a 6% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Q: What is your order cancellation policy? A: If you paid with a credit card and the funds have already been received by Cedaridge Farm, a 6% processing fee will be deducted from the refund payment. If payment has been made as a check, cash, or money order, a full refund will be rewarded. Q: What is your security and privacy policy? A: When you place an order with Cedaridge Farm, you will be required to give us some personal information (address, phone number, and credit card number). The information you supply to us will only be used to process your order. We do not supply customer names to any mail or email lists. | Brochure Q: Do you have a brochure of your products that can be downloaded? A: The only brochure we currently have is for the Amish cedar chest kits. This brochure will be available on-line soon. In the meantime, please call us toll free (888-586-5544) to request the brochure to be mailed to you. | Gift certificate Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate for products? A: Gift certificates can be purchased and applied to products purchased with Cedaridge Farm. Below is a sample of what the gift certificate looks like. You can either order a gift certificate online (using the link below the sample gift certificate) or call us toll fee at 888-586-5544. Before you give a gift certificate to that special loved one, you must have an order authorization code number to make it valid.
