Solid woods
We only use solid Woods, no thin veneer.
Ash, Maple, Aromatic Cedar, Birch, Cherry, Oak, Western Red CedarWalnut, or Mahogany

Joints
Heavy panel joints are tongue and grove. Butt joints are glued and screwed.

Sanding.
We sand to a 320 grit finish for a very smooth feel
*
Finishing
We wet sand Velvet Oil and hand rub a lemon oil top coat
*
Design
We design with the knowledge that Wood is always moving as it changes moisture content.
 We use narrow boards to minimize warping and float the panels to reduce cracking and pressure on other parts We also listen to our customers desires so keep us informed.
